At HUS Sixth Form, we are dedicated to offering our students comprehensive guidance and advice for their future pathways.
Our extensive Careers programme is aligned with the Gatsby Career Benchmarks, ensuring that students receive high-quality career support. We assist students with their UCAS and apprenticeship applications, providing tailored advice and support throughout the process.
Students are encouraged to gain work-related learning experiences that align with their future ambitions. In Year 12, both students and parents are expected to attend a Higher Education Evening each March, which provides valuable insights into higher education opportunities. In June, students partake in a one-week work experience.
Our distinctive transition programmes offer guidance on various pathways, including Higher Education, Apprenticeships, Gap Years, and Employability. Regular updates and useful resources are shared on our Year 12 and 13 Google Classroom groups.
